Together we can Make a Better Guelph for Our Children.

I am no different than you. I am a family man and I’d like to share with you a little bit about our life and why I am so passionate about this work.

My wife Kuntal and I, along with our son Anshul, immigrated to Canada in 2006. In 2016, we moved to Guelph and fell in love immediately. We decided this would be our home for the rest of our lives.

As my grandfather and father have both served in community services, as soon as we moved to Guelph, I was motivated to carry forward that legacy and have since volunteered for the growth of our community.

We have raised our family together right here in this community. My wife Kuntal works in Guelph General Hospital.

Our son Anshul will be going into 12th Grade this fall at Guelph Collegiate Vocational Institute. He loves playing his guitar and hopes to contribute musically to our community.

Our daughter Yesha will be going into 3rd Grade this fall at William C. Winegard. She is quite the budding artist, and loves to draw (as you can see).

Together we live every day as many of you and your families do, taking each day one at a time, helping our children and our friends nurture and grow, and experiencing the same struggles that we all share. (Kuntal and Anshul both regularly use our public transport systems, so I hear all about the problems which can be fixed) The decisions of our leaders, of our council, affect all of our lives directly. I have lived with this experience here in Guelph, and I understand the importance of the trust you put in your elected leaders.

All we want is a good life where we all share in equitable opportunities and where we can have the happiness to live and enjoy the lives that we wish.

We stand and strive for more affordable living for all of our families, along with better opportunities, safer communities, and greater health and happiness for all of us.

Together we can Make a Better Guelph for Our Children.
